Scheduling an Appointment
The best way to connect is by phone to discuss your intentions and to schedule an initial consultation.
Call Dr. Brown at any time within normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m.) or leave a voicemail with your availability. I return all calls within one business day. You may also relay your interest and availability via email, and I will do my best to reply within forty-eight hours.
At the Office
We begin with a detailed in-person discussion of your full health history, covering symptoms, lifestyle, and any relevant background, followed by an osteopathic physical exam.
For the core of the session, you will lie comfortably on a padded table while I apply gentle pressure to various areas of the body—such as muscles, joints, and tissues—to identify and release restrictions, thereby supporting your body’s natural balance and self-healing processes.
Ongoing Treatment
Following each treatment, we’ll review and discuss any additional recommendations, including other therapeutic options or prescriptive measures tailored to your needs.
Subsequent visits are scheduled on a case-by-case basis and are typically thirty minutes. Most patients pursue treatment weekly for a minimum of three to five sessions, commonly ranging to twenty, although some severe cases may warrant more long-term therapies.

Other Things to Note:
- Wear loose-fitting clothing to each appointment.
- Bring copies of any relevant recent lab results, imaging reports, and a complete list of your current medications, supplements, or vitamins.
- Refrain from wearing cologne, perfume, or any strong-smelling lotions or sprays.
- Be patient. Integrative treatment challenges our culture’s symptom-centered health care system. Immediate experiences during treatment can vary, including relaxation, a sense of release, increased mobility, or simply feeling neutral as your body responds.
